The 10th Annual Cancer Research Classic will be taking place Friday, January 6th and Saturday, January 7th 2017 in Wheeling, WV. This tournament will showcase some of the Nation’s most prestigious high school teams and future NBA Stars within the 2 day period

McDonalds announced as a sponsor for the 8th Annual Thanksgiving Hoopfest

Hoopfest, who has featured 50 State Championship teams, 20 McDonald All-Americans, and 10 NBA Players announced the sponsorship with McDonalds.

September 27, 2016 (Dallas, TX) – The 8th Annual Thanksgiving Hoopfest will once again set the stage for some of the Nations top talented High School boys, and recently added field- girls, to showcase their basketball skills. The event will take place at the Sandra Meadows Arena in Duncanville on Friday, November 25th and Saturday, November 26th.

The tournament schedule, releasing on Monday, October 3, 2016, has garnered much anticipation. Match-up debates via social media has delivered the tone for this years’ event, as fan enthusiast eagerly await.

The committed boys teams: Findlay Prep (Las Vegas, Nevada), Westlake (Austin, Texas); Carver (Ala.) Cedar Hill (Texas), Steele (Cibolo, Texas); Columbus (Miss.); Dallas Lincoln; Dallas Kimball, Dallas Skyline, Duncanville (Texas); Trinity (Euless, Texas), Hall (Ark.); Lafayette Christian (Lafayette, La.); Timberview (Mansfield, Texas); North Crowley (Texas); Prestonwood (Texas); Putnam City (Okla.); and South Garland (Texas).

Committed girls teams include event host Duncanville (Texas), Argyle (Texas), Dallas Lincoln, Liberty (Frisco, Texas), Mansfield Legacy (Texas), Timberview (Mansfield, Texas). Murrah High School (Jackson, MS).
